“EPCOT FOREVER” DEBUT’S OCTOBER 1, 2019 AT EPCOT

After a nearly a 20 year run, delighting Epcot guests through music, fireworks, and more, Disney recently announced that “Illuminations: Reflections of Earth” will have it’s final show on September 30, 2019. “Epcot Forever,” will run for a limited-time as a temporary replacement and will debut October 1, 2019 at Epcot.”

Witness the wonder as the story of Epcot and its next incredible chapter come to life in this new show debuting October 1, 2019. Behold the single “spark of imagination” that started it all. Watch it grow, evolve and transform into an epic nighttime extravaganza that stirs the senses and captures all you love about Epcot—and all that’s to come—with dazzling fireworks, stunning laser effects and choreographed kites set to tunes that have become theme park favorites.

Disney Parks Live Entertainment is busy getting “Epcot Forever” ready for its opening day. Show Director Alan Bruun recently shared some details about the concept behind the show and the team’s collaboration with noted conductor and composer Don Harper, who is producing new arrangements of classic Epcot tunes to weave into the soundtrack of “Epcot Forever.”
