Starting this Friday, an all-time fan favorite, a “spectacular festival pageant of nighttime magic and imagination,” is coming back to the Disneyland Park for a limited-time. That’s right, the Main Street Electrical Parade, along with it’s half-million sparkling lights and “electro-syntho-magnetic musical sounds” will once again create magical summer memories for guest of all ages and best of all, you can watch it Live from the Disney Parks Blog!

This limited-time encore engagement is set to begin this Friday, Aug. 2 with nightly performances through Sept. 30th!

Since its debut performance at Disneyland 47 years ago, “Main Street Electrical Parade” has become an iconic Disney Parks parade. The nighttime spectacle features half-million sparkling lights and “electro-syntho-magnetic musical sounds.” Today, the beloved parade still brings guests of multiple generations a sense of wonder, joy and – for some – warm nostalgia.
