Walt Disney World Resort Reservation System FAQ

Walt Disney World Resort is moving to a reservation system, meaning all guests who want to visit the theme parks will have to make a reservation for the day they want to visit in order to be able to enter. Here is information on Walt Disney World Resort Frequently Asked Questions about the Resort Reservations system: Walt Disney World Reservations FAQ Pending approval from government, the Magic Kingdom Park and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park will begin a phased re-opening on July 11 and Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios will begin their phased re-opening on July 15, 2020. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and government agencies have provided guidance for the re-opening of theme parks in Central Florida. Initially, park attendance will be managed through a NEW PARK RESERVATION SYSTEM. To enter a Disney World park, both a park reservation and valid admission for the same park on the same date is required. NEW TICKETS are temporarily paused. EXISTING TICKET holders and ANNUAL PASSHOLDERS will be able to make a reservation first before new tickets are sold. Additional details are coming soon on this process for those guests. Walt DIsney World To Feature Mask Free “Relaxation Zones”

With so many new rules and regulations surrounding the the re-opening of Walt Disney World, many Disney Parks fans can feel a bit overwhelmed. One of the pieces of news that came in with all the flood of information surrounding the plans for re-opening of Walt Disney World Resort is that all four Disney World theme parks are set to have mask-free zones, where guests can remove their face coverings for a period of time. During Wednesday's Orange County Recovery Task Force meeting, when The Walt Disney Company presented their reopening plans for their Orlando theme parks, Walt Disney World Senior Vice President of Operations Jim McPhee referred to these spaces as “relaxation zones.” McPhee did not give details about how many of these mask free "Relaxation Zones" areas will be in each Disney World theme park, but it does seem that Guests will be able to get a periodic break from their face coverings in the Florida heat. Disney+ Will Launch In Japan On June 11th

Disney+ has announced that they will launch in Japan on June 11th! We are so excited to see Disney+ once again expanding. During one of the most recent earning calls the streaming services is reported to already be a hit, with over 50 million subscribers in the first five months!
