Disney Parks Leadership Changes Announced- Josh D’Amaro Takes Top Spot!

Disney Parks has announced a new Chairman to replace the spot vacated by Bob Chapek when he ascended to Disney CEO. Former Disneyland president, Josh D’Amaro, will take on the new role just months after becoming President of Walt Disney World. Josh is loved by Disney Parks fans and employees. We couldn’t be happier to hear about his promotion to the top spot in the Disney Parks. This is VERY good news for Disney fans. Josh knows what’s important to guest experience and park operations needs. He’s not just a numbers guy who judges success by profits. We wish him well as he goes to battle for future projects which are sure to be under the budget microscope in these difficult times. The change in leadership has created a cascade of announcements throughout the Disney Parks, Experiences and Products business unit. We’ll start with the surprising move of Disneyland President Rebecca Campbell to Direct to Disney’s Consumer & International (DTCI) segment. Timothy Olyphant To Appear In “The Mandalorian” Season 2!

Per the Hollywood Reporter, actor Timothy Olyphant will appear in "The Mandalorian" Season 2! The Hawaiian born actor has become well know in the television world, playing a recent role in Netflix's ultra popular Santa Clarita Diet and one of the lead characters in Justified. Much like the first season of the Disney+ mega hit, "The Mandelorian" series story lines have been filmed under a veil of secrecy and we do not know much about it before the season airs. Even before the first season of the Mandelorian, the child who is also known as baby Yoda was a complete surprise to viewers when "The Mandalorian" Episode 1 aired. Due to not knowing the story lines, we know nothing about Timothy Olyphant's role in "The Mandalorian." But, judging from his past characters in gunslingers like Deadwood and Justified, Timothy Olyphant is a great choice for "The Mandalorian." Marvel's Black Widow to be released in the United Kingdom October 28th, ten days before it's scheduled release in the United States on November 6th. According to ComicBook.com‘s Jamie Lovett, Marvel Studios’ Black Widow has had its UK theatrical release date pushed up to October 28th, ten days before it it'scheduled release in the United States on November 6th. Marvel's Black Widow film, which was originally supposed to hit theaters on May 1st, had its release date pushed back last month as many movie theaters remain closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The film, starring Scarlett Johansson, will serve as the kickoff to Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. But what will Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow) face in this new adventure?
