Party In The Parks For Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary! The Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World, opened on October 1, 1971, and has brought more laughter, entertainment and endless joy to families from all over the world. In 2021, the Most Magical Place on Earth, will be celebrating Magic Kingdom's 50th Anniversary! This is more than just a celebration for Magic Kingdom. During the Disney Parks, Experiences and Products panel at this years D23 Expo, it was announced that there will be a party brought to EACH park, making this Walt Disney World’s biggest celebration yet! New Epcot Mary Poppins Attraction Coming

New Epcot Mary Poppins Attraction Coming Just announced today at D23 Expo, Epcot will be getting a new Mary Poppins themed attraction! We don't have a name for the attraction yet, but we do know that the attraction will have a heavy emphasis on music. Cherry Tree Lane will be a brand new neighborhood within the United Kingdom pavilion, and the attraction will have Guests entering the Banks’ home where the Mary Poppins-themed adventure begins. The new addition to Epcot is just one of many changes we’re hearing about today at the D23 Expo for Walt Disney World’s second park Epcot which opened on October 2, 1982, 11 years after the Magic Kingdom opened. Epcot is receiving a massive over-haul and for now, we've heard that big changes were coming to Epcot. So far during the 2019 D23 Expo, we’ve learned about a few of those changes. A brand-new attraction inspired by Disney’s “Moana” is coming to Epcot. It’s called “The Journey of Water." The World Showcase was getting three neighborhoods, which include: World Celebration, World Discovery and World Nature. Exclusive Details:"The Rise Of Skywalker" At D23 D23 Expo 2019 has been running all weekend long and we have heard many things. Among those new and exciting things, we were given exclusive details for "The Rise of Skywalker" at the "Go Behind The Scenes With Walt Disney Studio Panel" in Hall D23! We got lots of news from Disney+ regarding Star Wars, mostly the Mandalorian, but this panel did focus on feature films. Credit: Disney Alan Horn, Chief Creative Officer and Co-Chairman of Walt Disney Studios, were the host for the panel in Hall D23. After their quick and I mean very quick clip of"The Rise of Skywalker" at the "Disney Legends Panel" yesterday, we were actually surprised they started with “Star Wars” news, and almost the entire cast of the “Rise of Skywalker”. This panel started out with the head of Lucasfilm, Kathleen Kennedy and director of the film, JJ Abrams. Once some of the cast were on the stage, they continued to bring out more people. Those in attendance were: Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Anthony Daniels, Keri Russell and Joonas Suotamo.
