Breaking: Disney World Releases Details On Annual Pass Extensions, Cancellations and Refunds For 2020

Breaking: Disney World has just released full details on annual pass extension options, plus how to seek a cancellation and refunds for 2020. You can check out the full details below, and make sure to keep in mind the important August 11 deadline for cancellations and refunds: Reopening Policy Options For Annual Passholders We know that many Passholders are excited to get back to the magic—and we’re eager to see our cherished Passholders, too. We also recognize that Park reservations will change the way that many of our Passholders use their pass. With that in mind, we are offering these alternative options to manage your pass. If you are an Annual Passholder that has paid in full, your options are: Receive an additional one-month (30 days) extension to your pass (unless you choose to cancel your pass). This additional month will automatically be processed and visible in your My Disney Experience account over the coming weeks. If you prefer, and in lieu of the one-month extension, you may choose to cancel your annual pass(es). Your pass will remain valid through August 11, 2020 and will be canceled effective August 12, 2020. You will be refunded for the remaining access days of your annual pass from July 11, 2020 through your pass expiration date (as extended, if applicable). Refunds to original form…
Slinky Dog Dash At Disney’s Hollywood Studios Springs Back Into Action With New Queue Dividers

Slinky Dog Dash at Disney's Hollywood Studios springs back into action with new queue dividers and new safety measures put into place. Disney has implemented a rule that all attractions Cast Members are all required to wear both face masks and face shields as part of their safety measures. Slinky Dog Dash during it's busiest times has a queue that goes all the way across the bridge around the corner, and social distancing markers have been put down in preparation for that. The water fountains remain open in the Slinky Dog Dash queue. Plexiglass windows have been placed between some of the open areas of the queue, so guests remain protected even when the line wraps around itself. As you can see the plexi glas windows in Slinky Dog Dash queue still let you look around at the theming of the attraction while you’re waiting in line. During the preview, as you got closer to the front of the line, parties were respectful of the social distancing and made sure to remain on their proper "please wait here" signs. A hand sanitizer dispenser was waiting for you when you get to the loading area. And like with most attractions, cast members are leaving a row between each ride vehicle empty between parties. New Pixar Motorcade At Disney’s Hollywood Studios Features: The Incredibles, Monster’s Inc., & Toy Story Characters

All of you Walt Disney World fans, remember Disney Star and Motor Cars Parade? It ended its run in 2008 at Disney's Hollywood Studios, then it ran at Disneyland Park in Paris until 2014. Well, if your visiting Walt Disney World soon, then will you be experiencing déjà vu because there is a new Pixar Motorcade at Disney's Hollywood Studios which features characters from The Incredibles, Monster's Inc., and Toy Story in lieu of meet-and-greets. This all new Pixar Motorcade is dedicated to some of our favorite Pixar characters. It opens with Mr. Incredible and ElastiGirl waving at guests. Up next was Edna Mode in her super car. Behind Edna is Sulley from Monsters, Inc. Next in the Pixar Motorcade was a line of toy soldiers marching behind Sulley.
