Real Life Disney Paint By Number Castle!

How many of you remember as a kid doing one of those fun paint by the number activities? Even adults love the color by number projects, look at all the diamond paintings, they have become increasingly popular. Thanks to Orlando’s NBC affiliate WESH 2 News, Walt Disney World fans can see what might qualify as the world’s largest paint-by-number project. During Cinderella Castle’s recent Royal makeover, each brick on the iconic Disney castle was numbered to allow the painting crew to easily paint it. https://www.facebook.com/wesh2news/photos/a.115284873747/10158564312143748/?type=3&theater The image, which WESH news captioned, “How do you paint a Disney castle? Paint by numbers!” features a painter on a crane working on Cinderella Castle’s new paint job, which celebrates the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort next year, as well as this year’s 70th Anniversary of Walt Disney’s Cinderella movie. Disney Cast Members Reportedly Reprimanded Or Terminated For Viral Photo of Overcrowding at Seven Dwarfs Mine Train

With the reopening of Walt Disney World on July 11th and recently a preview for Cast Members in the midst of an increase in COVID-19 case across Florida, all eyes have been on the coverage of theme parks that have opened and are opening. Media outlets are covering everything to do with aspect of what is going on in these unprecedented times. Recently Cast Members were allowed to reserve a date for Cast Members previews earlier this week. A handful of Cast Members during the Cast Member previews were caught overcrowding the entrance to Seven Dwarfs Mine Train in a now viral reposted photo: https://twitter.com/DisneyFoodBlog/status/1280583868924428289?s=20 We’ve been informed by some Cast Members that the employees in this photo have since been identified and either reprimanded or terminated by management. Cast Members are expected to “lead by example”, and many guests have expressed having fears about the reopenings of the Disney Parks. However, we had staff in the park that very day that this supposed viral photo was taken, and saw no such crowding anywhere in the park throughout the duration of the preview. Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance Modified Virtual Queue At Disney’s Hollywood Studios Starting July 15

Walt Disney World has just rolled out instructions on a new, modified virtual queue system for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance at Disney's Hollywood Studios. The biggest change here is the use of staggered booking windows, starting at 10 a.m., 1 p.m. or 4 p.m., meaning you no longer have to be there at the park open to secure a Boarding Group. Recent changes went into place on My Disney Experience app yesterday, where it seems they are testing a new landing page for virtual queues on the app. For all guests with upcoming Disney Park Pass Reservations Reservations to visit Disney's Hollywood Studios, we wanted to share an update about Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, which will once again be using virtual queue in the My Disney Experience app. If you’ve joined the Resistance before, you will want to note a few changes to the process beginning July 15. Most importantly – as availability allows – guests will have an opportunity at 10 a.m., 1 p.m. or 4 p.m. to request to join the virtual queue. This means there is no need to arrive early to the park to check the virtual queue.
