Disneyland New Ticket & Hotel Policies Ahead Of Reopening

On Wednesday, Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California announced it's phased reopening plans which will begin on July 9th with Downtown Disney, followed by Disneyland Park and Disney's California Adventure set to open on July 17th, Disneyland's 65th anniversary! On July 23, two of the three Disneyland Resort hotels, the Grand Californian and Paradise Pier, will reopen to Guests. A reopening date for Disneyland hotel has not been announced yet, it is currently undergoing construction as it is getting a new DVC tower. Ahead of these phased reopening dates, Disneyland has updated various cancellation policies to better serve their Guests. Disneyland Resort Theme Park Ticket Policy: Disneyland has currently paused all new ticket and Annual Passport sales. If you already hold a valid theme park ticket, the following information will apply to you. Expiration dates for Southern California Resident Tickets, promotional Disneyland Child Tickets, Canada Resident Tickets, and Australia/New Zealand Resident Tickets have been “extended through December 16, 2021” with certain blockout dates. Disneyland has also announced that “There are no changes to the Military Salute Ticket offer. The Disneyland Resort has officially launched a new web page with FAQ's regarding the phased reopening of their park. This new web page is called the "Experience Updates Page" and it is just like the Walt Disney World Resort version. The new element of their official Disneyland website shares the most up-to-date information regarding the reopening of Disneyland Resort, including dates for the phased reopening, health and safety information, annual pass and ticket information, and more. This new element to their official Disneyland website is organized and concise, they share answers to what will likely be frequently asked questions as Guests prepare to visit the Happiest Place on Earth once the theme parks reopen their gates. Here are some of the details to note if you plan on visiting Disneyland Resort during the beginning phases of the reopening: Reservations will be required to get into both Disneyland Park and Disney's California Adventure.
