Disney Dining Plan Accepted In Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge

I have some really good news, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge restaurants and dining spots in Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World will now accept the Disney Dining Plan! This is very good news and a surprising development after online menus have indicated “Dining Plans Not Accepted.” It’s been bit of a rollercoaster for many Walt Disney World vacationers for the past few weeks since reservations opened up for Oga’s Cantina and many are trying to find places you can grab a bite to eat and drink on Batuu.

Many guests have been confused as to whether the Disney Dining Plan was going to be accepted throughout Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge because the official Walt Disney World website is still stating that locations such as Ronto Roasters will not be accepting the Disney Dining Plan.

Many annual passholders that have been able to check out the land ahead of it’s August 29th opening date, have been stated that you can use the Disney Dining Plan and that is fantastic news.

We have seen confirmation from annual passholders via pictures of the purple snack credit logo for these following items that are accepted as snack credits on the plan:

• Blue and green milk
• All Star Wars designed bottles of Coca-Cola products
• All dessert options at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo
• All non-alcoholic drink options at Docking Bay 7 and Ronto Roasters

This does not mean that other snack options aren’t available in the land. The blue and green milk are each priced at $8 (non-alcoholic versions, so if you use one of your snack credits here,  it’s a big win.

One thing I do have to mention, Disney has not officially confirmed on this yet and were you will be able to redeem quick/counter service credit for a meal at Ronto Roasters or Docking Bay 7. All of this information has been unofficially confirmed by several cast members via photos, tweets, posts and vlogs. We would be very surprised if Disney didn’t introduce both locations as quick service credit-eligible locations.
