Disneyland Forever Night-Time Spectacular Is Returning This June

Disneyland Forever Night-Time Spectacular returns June 7, 2019 to Disneyland Park.The show first debuted in 2015 during the park’s 60th-Diamond anniversary celebration, dazzling guests with fireworks, projection mapping, and more, as well as two new songs.

Beloved Disney composer, Richard M. Sherman wrote the show’s exit song, “A Kiss Goodnight,” with vocals from Broadway star Ashley Brown. The show also featured an original theme song called “Live the Magic.” The rest of the soundtrack included favorites from Disney and Pixar films.

Disneyland guests are treated to a beautiful, breathtaking, state-of-the-art projection mapping, new nighttime spectacular. “Disneyland Forever” is an entirely new kind of Disney storytelling, one that takes guests on an inspiring journey through various Disney/ Pixar films where they can discover that anything is possible if you believe and follow your dreams, just like Walt Disney!

Disneyland Forever starts with Walt walking through the Anaheim Orange fields, dreaming of what it could be. It was his inspiration, a man with a dream and how his dream became a reality.

As you go through-out Disneyland Forever, the show packs in a full range of emotions, leaving guests stunned when it ends. You will be treated to bright projections of Honeycombs, bubbles, heffalumps and dancing King Louie’s that fill the Main Street USA buildings. Snow falls overhead while Elsa sings “Let it go,” even Nemo swims through the sky, while beautiful stunning fireworks explode over Sleeping Beauty Castle.

Fireworks have been exploding over the spires of Disney theme park castles almost since Disneyland first lowered it’s drawbridge in 1955. The nighttime shows have become a vital part of a park goers experience.
