Name Revealed For Epcot’s Biggest Nighttime Spectacular Yet!

Today was the last day of the D23 Expo 2019 and the day Disney fans had been waiting for, DISNEY PARK NEWS!!!!! There were a ton of Disney Park News, and yes…I’m still trying to catch you all up on it. The presentation was mainly focused on Epcot and there were a lot of Epcot related updates, but this one is extra special. A new Nighttime show has been announced and we even got a sneak peek of the music that is original and brand-new to the show.

Bob Chapek, the head of Parks, Resorts and Experiences, led the panel at the D23 Expo today and announced an all new show called “Harmonious.” He told us that this show is the “Largest Nighttime Spectacular is Disney History.” He also announced that this new nighttime spectacular will be ready in 2020. Located right in the place were Illuminations: Reflections of Earth used to sit, The World Showcase Lagoon.

Bob then, brought out the composer Pinar Toprak who has composed some AMAZING music for this all new nighttime spectacular “Harmonious.”

The performance was amazing, they didn’t play music over a loudspeaker, instead they had a full orchestra play the new score. Fans in attendance really enjoyed it, although there was no new information on what the show will be itself. However, I am as I’m sure most of you are, excited about all the new and exciting future for Epcot.
