Re-Release Of Avenger’s Endgame In Theaters with New Footage

“Avengers: Endgame,” the film that smashed box-office records for over the past two months, is getting re-released in theaters with new footage that didn’t make it in the original cut.

This week Avengers: Endgame came within just $50 million of crushing Avatar’s domestic box office record, While it came close to Avatar’s record-holding $2,787,965,087, it seemed like Avengers: Endgame just wouldn’t be able to top it, as more and more summer releases are beginning to force it out of screens.

Speaking to Comicbook.com at a press junket for “Spider-man: Far From Home,” Marvel Studio’s head honcho Kevin Feige, shared the news of “Avengers: Endgame,” re-release during the interview in which he stated ” We are doing that. I don’t know if it’s been announced. And I don’t know how much… Yeah, we’re doing it next weekend,” in reference to “Avenger’s: Endgame” re-release.

But, what we really do know is, Kevin Feige really wants that “Avatar” record! Kevin Feige has confirmed that Endgame will be getting a renewed push at the box office, and it’s gonna be really soon. To entice audiences back for another three-hours in a theater seat, the re-release will include an unknown amount of new footage not seen in the original theatrical cut.

In only the first weekend the film was in theaters, it shattered box-office records by pulling in over $1.2 billion! Since crushing box office records in the first few weeks, the movie has continued to pull in huge earnings at the worldwide box-office.
