SeaWorld San Diego End Of Summer Sale, Save Over 50%!

SeaWorld San Diego has announced an end-of-summer sale with discounts on single and two-day admissions, Guests can save over 50%! A single-day weekday-only ticket is $41.99 through the sale. A two-day ticket is available for $59.99, tickets must be purchased by Aug. 18 and used by Sept. 30.

SeaWorld San Diego is a popular destination for many families visiting Southern California and there is so much to see and do there. Here are just a few things going on this summer-

• Live Concerts Every Weekend Through September 1- Enjoy live entertainment from some of your favorite    Country, Alternative Rock, and Classic Rock artists. Concerts will be held in the Nautilus Amphitheater each Saturday and Sunday included with Park Admission.
• Electric Ocean- When the sun goes down, the night comes to life at SeaWorld’s Electric Ocean.                                   Immerse yourself in exoctic Worlds of Light and music in this family-friendly event.
• Fireworks at SeaWorld- Watch SeaWorld light up the sky with this spectacular display of sparkle and excitement on Saturdays through the rest of the summer!
• Fireworks every Saturday through Aug. 31 –Show Time:  10:00 p.m.
• Special Labor Day Weekend Fireworks Show on Sunday, Sept. 1 –Show Time:  10:00 p.m.

Things to Do Everyday include-

• Dolphin Days-Join SeaWorlds dolphin and pilot whale family as they show off their athleticism – and playfulness             in this favorite new show. Plus, hear what inspires their trainers.
• Orca Encounter– See killer whales in the first experience of its kind. Dive deeper into the orcas masterful hunting techniques and complex communication codes. Learn about the role of family, the importance of play and what we learn from the whales in our care every day is actively helping whales in the wild survive. Witness natural orca behaviors while an expansive infinity screen brings their story to life. Leave with a deeper connection to one of the sea’s mightiest, most magnificent animals.
• Sea Lions Live- SeaWorld San Diego’s wacky California Sea Lion comedy duo, Clyde & Seamore star alongside their Asian Small-Clawed Otter buddy, OP, in their very own TV variety show. The team performs their own versions of some of today’s most popular shows including, Super Seamore, Survival: Mission Bay and Dancing with the Pinniped
• Sea Rescue- The award-winning Sea Rescue tells the stories of marine animal rescue, rehabilitation and return to the wild by the dedicated SeaWorld Rescue Team and partner organizations.
• Atlantis Ignites- Come join the Atlantis Guardians, protectors of the sea and the lost city of Atlantis, as they demonstrate their power and energy with over 1 million volts of live electricity.  This thrilling undersea adventure combines a live Tesla Coil performer, epic music, and a 100-foot projection mapping display on  the Journey to Atlantis water coaster. Atlantis Ignites is sure to add shock value to your Electric Ocean experience. Animals-

• Killer Whales-See orcas up-close like never before with underwater viewing.
• Dolphins-Observe the lyrical movements and playful antics of bottlenose dolphins from just inches away at Dolphin Point. My kids absolutely love Dolphin point, as you can see they  all had fun. Yes, the SeaWorld pictures are of my kids and this was not one of those dolphin interactions either.

• Walruses & Baluga Whales-Get up close to walruses and beluga whales in your journey through the wild Arctic.
• Penguins- Watch the playful antics of penguins tall and small—nearly 300 in all. Our penguin population includes Emperor penguins, and smaller Adelie, Gentoo and Macaroni penguins.
• Sea Lions- Sea lion? Seal? What’s the difference? Here’s a clue: if you’re all ears, you’ll get the answer! Have fun getting to know seals and sea lions with a visit to Pacific Point. You can even get a chance to feed these famously fun animals.
• Sharks– Experience a rare, fascinating, up-close look at prehistoric predators whose ancestors dominated the sea more than a hundred million years before dinosaurs walked the earth.
• Otters– Located right next to Dolphin Point, Otter Outlook is home to four playful California sea otters rehabilitated and hand raised by SeaWorld through a cooperative effort with the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Sea Otter Research and Conservation Program.
• Turtles– View loggerhead, hawksbill and green sea turtles—some more than 50 years old—plus thousands of tropical fish.
• Explorer’s Reef-Just inside the park entrance, you’ll find your first real amazing opportunity to interact with sea life at Explorer’s Reef. Explorer’s Reef is a series of touch pools, home to several species of reef sharks, and is a great way to begin your day. is home to several species of reef sharks. Animal Care Ambassadors will be there to welcome you, and share interesting insights about these awesome animals.

SeaWorld San Diego has theme park rides, shows and marine animal exhibits. They have a number of well-regarded roller coasters, including Manta.
