Spotify Partners With Disney On New Streaming Hub For Disney, Marvel, And Star Wars Music
Spotify has announced they have partnered with Disney on the creation of a Disney Hub on its streaming service. Here, users can stream playlists of songs and scores from soundtracks from Disney, Pixar and Marvel movies, Star Wars instrumentals, classics, sing-alongs and more.
While Disney music was already available on the streaming service, this is the first time it’s all been gathered in one designated location.
That means no more searching YouTube or iTunes for all your favorite music from those classic movies and TV shows. Now, Spotify will be the ultimate source of Disney music, so you can access every Disney, Marvel, or Star Wars song you’ve ever wanted! Starting July 17, users in the U.S., U.K., Ireland, South Africa, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand can search “Disney” on Spotify to find a designated hub for the music behind their favorite films and shows.
- Disney Hits: The top current songs from Disney and Pixar films.
- – Disney Favorites: Includes both current and past selections from Disney and Pixar.
- – Disney Classics: A “nostalgic” playlist including songs from the Disney theme parks, live action and animated films and Disney Channel originals.
- – Disney Singalongs: Songs designed for singing along to, “from the shower to the car.”
- – Disney Princess: A selection of “love ballads” and “coming-of-age breakaways” from Disney princess films.
- – Marvel Music: Songs and scores from Marvel’s films and TV shows.
- – Best of Star Wars: Scores from the Star Wars franchise.
