New Disneyland Annual Passport That Combines Value and Flexibility

The Disneyland Resort is always looking for new ways to help accommodate their guests with easier ways to plan their visits and options to fit their individual needs. In addition to all the different variety of ticket options, Disneyland Resort is introducing the Disney Flex Passport, a new annual passport. Photo Credit: Disney Not only will this new passport bring forth value, but it will also introduce a new reservation system. The Disney Parks Blog broke down everything for the new Disney Flex Passport here- Starting May 21, guests can purchase the Disney Flex Passport; which offers multiple ways to visit Disneyland Resort—combining value and flexibility. Flex Passholders will have the opportunity to access one or both Disneyland park and Disney California Adventure park on select good-to-go days, with limited blockout days, plus make reservations on other days for more access. Plans can be managed through the website and the Disneyland app, where they can access an interactive calendar and book a reservation. Guests can hold two reservation days up to 30 days in advance with the new passport, while also enjoying good-to-go days*. Providing guests with options that meet their budgets—including a monthly payment plan for California residents**—continues to be a priority for Disneyland Resort. Disney releases how they’re enforcing 4 hour limit in Galaxy Edge

The opening of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland Resort is quickly approaching and Disney has revealed that they will cycle through each guest in their 4 hour window of their designated reservation by colored wristbands. Photo Credit: Disney As many of you fans know, the opening reservation period was last week, and many logged on to their computers in hopes of securing a time slot in the new Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge during this "soft opening" period and today, we have details of how this experience will play out for the lucky ones who were able to secure themselves a time slot. The OC Register reported that Disneyland will issue colored wristbands to visitors during the reservation only period for each of the four hour windows. As you can probably imagine, newly admitted Galaxy's Edge visitors will mix in with those already in the land. With these colored wrist bands, cast members will easily be able to track who can and cannot remain in the land past certain times of the day.
